Kelly Brook was born on November 23rd, 1979 in Rochester, England. However, she was not always known as Kelly Brook since she was born Kelly Ann Parsons.
At the age of just sixteen, Kelly got her first modelling job as a result of winning a beauty contest. From there she featured in an array of advertising campaigns for companies such as “Bravissimo” and “Fosters”.
It was not long before Kelly was spotted by a U.K. tabloid which began featuring her as a page three model. This shot Kelly to instant success in the world of print and soon became a regular in magazines such as “Loaded”, “Maxim” and “FHM”. Unsurprisingly, in 2005, Kelly was named as the sexiest woman in the world as vited for by “FHM” readers.
At eighteen, Kelly took her first steps into presenting and two years later, replaced Denise Van Outen on “The Big Breakfast”. After several presenting roles, Kelly moved on and tried her hand at acting. She had played small parts in several feature films including “The Italian Job” and “Sorted”, although her most notable acting role to date is as Victoria Hardwick in “Smallville”.
Landing a role in a hit U.S. television series was an impressive achievement for someone who had received mixed reviews about her acting and television work up until that point.
